What is your company name ? +
Our company name is SEVA FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD., a pest control company.
I want to do pest control in my house ? +
Yes, we provide Pest Control service for residential flat, bunglow, society as well As at factory, godowns and commercial shops, etc.
Do you provide Cockroach Treatment for flat ? +
Yes, we provide Cockroach treatment for flat on annual contract with 3 services in a year at the interval of 4 months as well as one time service.
What is guarantee if cockroaches found again ? +
We give service warrantee for one year in AMC and give free service till one year apart from 3 services. For one time single service we give warrantee for 3 months.
Your rate is high ? +
Yes, the rates would be slightly at higher side compared to local pest control companies, but it is due to the use of government approved, high quality chemicals used by us, which are very much safe for child and old age persons at home. Also very much effective for pest like cockroaches.
Are you provide herbal pest control ? +
We provide cockroach treatment with odorless chemical which has no smell but very effective and high price Rs. 4000 per ltr. Peoples call it herbal pest control due to no smell. Also we use gel for second and third treatment in AMC.
I want only gel treatment or spraying ? +
Yes, we can give only gel treatment when cockroach infestation is low, less than 3 cockroaches found when we put on light in night. We recommend spraying treatment if cockroach infestation is more for effective treatment.
I need cockroach treatment only in kitchen and no infestation in room, so why should I pay that much amount ? +
Yes, Cockroaches are found in kitchen only as they get good food and shelter for breeding. Our target area of treatment is kitchen only. We do treatment at hall and bedroom if infestation is high. But cost considered is for kitchen only.
Other Pest Control company offers low rate, why your rates are high ? +
Yes we have our own standard and we insure safety of our employees and customer, We use approved chemicals, odorless chemical, costly chemicals. Other Pest control agencies use unapproved chemicals, cheap rate agriculture chemical at your home. These chemicals are not safe and good for your health particularly child and old age family members. Many time we heard that death due after pest control. We believe in continuously improvement and hence we give weekly training to our employees to upgrade knowledge. Ours is professional pest control company with highly qualified team with 100+ manyears experience. Our Director Hiraman Rathod is having 27 years of experience in pest control industry. He studied Msc Agriculture with specialization of plant pathology, microbiology, virology and entomology. Is your staff trained well, with good behavior ? +
Yes, our staffs are well trained to give service in professional manners. We follow business ethics and standard and no short cuts. Our employees are capable to resolve all types of pest problems .
How much time is required for treatment ? +
The time required for any treatment depends upon the treatment and the total area to be covered. Generally, the service is done in 30 minutes for 2/3 BHK flat.
Which precautions should we take at the time of service ? +
Yes, there are some precautions to be taken at the time of service, area treated should be used after 2 hours, persons should be away from area treated as there is chances of spray particles/droplets may fall your skin and then may get skin irritation. After the treatment the area should not be wiped with wet cloth for one day. Use dry cloth for wiped out if required. Next day routine wet cloth wiping can be done.
Can I get herbal pest control service ? +
Yes, we provide the odorless pest control service for our customers which is ecofriendly and safe for human being.
After service should we lock the room and stay outside ? +
For safer side we advise to be away at least 2 hours after pest control service at home. Though no need for go away as our chemicals are very much safe and odorless/gel treatment.
If problem is not resolved in 2-3 days, then what will be your next action ? +
Yes, If the customer has any complaints regarding the service, then we give repeat services after 1 month at no cost to customer.
Which time is good for service ? +
Pest control service can be done in day time form 10 am to 5 PM or as per customer requirement.
Will you provide any type of validate documents ? +
Yes, We have 22 different certificate and we give customer on demand for their ISO/GMP/HACCP/BRC/AIB audit.
Is this Pest Control safe for me and my family ? +
Yes, We provide odorless pest control service as it is safe and hygiene for you and your family as its even approved by government high quality graded chemicals which are harmless for humans and very much effective for pests.
What is your company experience and what all certificates and validate documents does your company have ? +
We have 27 years’ experience in pest control as our director is MSc Agri degree holder. He had worked Rentokill PCI, NBHC and now running this company since 6 years.
What if after the service, me or my family suffer from any type of allergy ? +
Nothing will happen if follow the instruction given by our team. Some cases there will be skin irritation/reddishness due to contact of chemicals with skin. Wash your skin with plain water and use coconut oil on affected area. Irritation will reduce and neutralized with 24 hours.

Yes, we provide pest control fumigation and sanitization services across India.
What is your rate ? +
Rs. 2500 for 2 BHK and Rs. 3000 for 3 BHK.
What is guarantee ? +
For AMC one year and for single service 3 months.
How long it is effective ? +
For home one service is effective for 3 months and hence we give second service on fourth month and 3 services in a year.
Is it Herbal of chemical ? +
Yes general public say it is herbal but it is actually gel treatment or odorless chemicals used for pest control services.
What is gel treatment ? +
Gel treatment is nano technology of pesticides and used in gel form small drop of gel eat by cockroaches.
How much time take for pest control ? +
30 minutes.
How much time we have to keep close home ? +
Minimum 2 hours.
Do we need to go out from home ? +
Not required but do not come in contact with chemicals.
Is it safe for pet ? +
Yes It is safe for pet but need to take way pet while pest control treatment.

Can we present at home while doing the pest control treatment ? +
Not advisable but you can be away from spraying area as spray droplets may fall on your skin and skin get start irritation.
